Having revealed His creative majesty to Job, God asked Job where he was when all this happened and could he explain the origin of the phenomena of nature. Blog – God Speaks to Job
Job had repeatedly stated that he wanted an opportunity to present his case to God; and was certain that he was innocent of wrongdoing. He wanted God to review his case and declare his innocence. “What you’re saying makes no sense,” Job said; “and it doesn’t provide me any comfort. You say I’m being punished because I’ve done some evil thing. I can show you many evil people that go to their grave peacefully. What you say is simply not true.”
Blog – Speech #2 by Zophar
