An excerpt from "The Holy Script.com" entitled, "What Is Immorality In The Bible" by Marcos Reyna states: "In the Bible, immorality is defined as the violation of God’s standards. It is most often referred to as sin and is considered immoral when a person has chosen to break God’s laws. This type of behavior has been condemned by God since the beginning of time and is still seen as immoral today.
The Bible warns us against many immoral acts, including lying, cheating, stealing, sexual immorality, and worshipping other gods. These are just a few of the sins described in the Bible and they all carry a negative consequence. For example, in the book of Leviticus, God states that if someone is caught committing adultery, that person is to be put to death. This clearly demonstrates how seriously God takes immorality."
