An excerpt from “StudyLight.org” Adam Clarke Commentary on Ephesians 3:19 states: “To be filled with all the fullness of God, is to have the whole soul filled with meekness, gentleness, goodness, love, justice, holiness, mercy, and truth.” The article may be viewed at: Ephesians 3:19 - Verse-by-Verse Bible Commentary - StudyLight.org [Reflection is based on the Bible Reference – Ephesians 3:19]
Application: “Any lack in our lives is ultimately due to a failure to experience the fullness of God. And since the key to experiencing the fullness of God is knowing the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, then that is the solution. So how do we know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge? We pray for ourselves and one another that we would know it, just as Paul prayed for the Ephesians. We also need to spend time in His presence worshiping Him, loving Him and receiving love from Him. As we do these things, focusing on Jesus, we will be rooted and grounded in love, and be able to comprehend the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge. Once we know that love -- truly know it in our spirit -- then we will be filled up to all the fullness of God. This leads to our being complete, lacking nothing.” [Source: Seeking the Lord: Filled Up to All the Fullness of God (len-seekingthelord.blogspot.com) by Len Lacroix]
