In prison, for a crime he didn’t commit, Joseph chose to remain faithful to God. He focused on performing his tasks and duties with diligence and determination. In all that he did, he was successful because God was with him. The warden observed Joseph’s character and actions and determined that he was different than any of the other prisoners or any prisoner he had ever known. The warden placed Joseph in charge of all the other prisoners and many other duties. The warden had such confidence in Joseph’s integrity and accomplishments that he didn’t need to pay attention to anything under Joseph’s care.
